Volunteers
Volunteers are desperately needed and greatly appreciated! Here is just an example of some of the tasks you can help with.
PRIOR TO THE EVENT
Raffle prize collection and coordination along with helping to mark the course is critical for a successful event.
EVENT SETUP
Please arrive at Rabbit Creek at 6:00 am to conduct all event setup needs such as setting up tents, tables, and chairs.
DURING THE EVENT
Starting at 7:00 am, the event team will be asked to begin by getting signatures from all people attending the event.
Another group of volunteers will stage themselves at various locations on the ride course to check in riders throughout the day.
There will also be a team of experienced riders who will need to ride both courses to verify that all riders have completed the course.
EVENT TEARDOWN
Be prepared to stick around after the raffle to help with tearing down the tents, folding tables and chairs, and loading them all into trucks.
