About the TVTMA:
"TVTMA seeks to promote the sport of off-highway vehicle riding while protecting our right to ride by providing a fun, family oriented environment, sponsoring a variety of rides and fun events for men, women and children of all ages and skill levels, exchanging knowledge of the trail systems and riding opportunities with other riders, encouraging membership in our club, working with land managers, political leaders and the public by representing the interests of trail riders, teaching trail ethics, safety, and conservation, and performing maintenance on trails, campsites, and parking areas"
The TVTMA has made the decision to postpone the 2020 Fun Run due to the current events regarding Covid-19. We received a message from the BLM which issues our permit to run the event.
“Owyhee County has adopted the CDCs recommendations of no group events over 50, the Governor has issued a statement to avoid gatherings larger than 10 people. We will let you know as we learn more, but as of now no permits that contradict the recommendations of the CDC, Governor, or Owyhee County will be issued.”
As acting president of the TVTMA, I would like everyone to enjoy this great event. Once these concerns have passed and things get back to normal we would like to host the Fun Run in the Fall when the desert is cooler. No date has been set.
Thank you, Scott Meyer
